The preliminary relief judge:
5.1.
condemns [defendant] for the statements in the categories
I. Criminal offenses or unlawful acts without any factual basis, including in any case, but not limited to, statements about corruption, defrauding interested parties, theft, contempt of law, misleading the judiciary, being a criminal or being part of of a criminal organisation, screwing up citizens, putting pressure on citizens and/or authorized persons, deception and confiscation of evidence and all comparable accusations of criminal or unlawful acts by or by the tax authorities, for which no factual basis is presented;
II. threatening statements, including in any case, but not limited to: threatening to harm him/her in person, to have him/her imprisoned, to take all his/her money, to seize private property, the person to have to sleep under a bridge, to go to the media and repeat the insults there, to insult him/her 'to the bone', to question the employee's functioning by cc e-mails to supervisors , to send directors, MPs and even ministers and statements such as “greetings to your wife” and all similar statements that are intended to frighten the civil servant both in his position and in private;
III. insults, including in any case, but not limited to: the qualifications and swear words 'stupid', 'underhanded', 'witch', 'cunt whore', 'cancer bitch', 'dirty nasty man', 'krapuul', 'top criminal', ' pervert', 'nauseating dirty, filthy fat man', 'loser', 'charlatan', 'wolf in sheep's clothing', 'intensely pathetic, mean-spirited to male', 'garden gnome', 'gajescustomer or rabble', 'sad moral knight' , 'crook', 'criminal', 'master con man', 'clown', 'teenage girl entertainer', any abusive corruptions of associate names (such as, but not limited to, '[nickname 3]', '[nickname 2]' and ' [nickname 4]') and all similar swear words, corruptions and offensive qualifications aimed at the person of the employee;
IV. all statements relating to the private information of the official concerned, including in any case, but not limited to: the private situation of a partner or family member, the illness/disability of a partner or family member, the private address of the official or references to the province, the residential area and everything related to it, references to hobbies outside the workplace, references to previous employment relationships and all comparable statements about private information of civil
